1. Take a photo of your passport page (sample) with your smartphone camera against a dark background. Please center the image as well as you can.
 

All the letters, numbers and symbols on your passport page, as well as your main photo must be clearly visible and the text and letters legible. The photos are best taken in ambient light, without a flash, as a flash creates glare that makes it difficult to see all the information on the page. 2. Save the photo/image to your smartphone or computer. 

 

3. Make sure you are connected to the Internet
 

4. Upload the image to our secure Dropbox server by clicking this link:

5. Click the highlighted "Choose from computer/device" button on the Dropbox page that opens
 

6. Browse to the saved image file on your smartphone or computer
 

7. Double-click on the saved image file or or select "open" on the file browser option and wait until the upload is complete.
